Depth measurement is the product depth below the jaw and above the clavicle. Choose depth based on length of neck. Available in Narrow 2.5" depth (OTC model 2394/N), Average 3.0" depth (OTC model 2394/A), and Wide 3.5" front depth (OTC model 2394/W). Neck circumference fits sizes: X-Small (11.5-13.5"), Small (13.5-15.5"), Medium (15.5-17.5"), Large (17.5-19.5"), X-Large (19.5-21.5"), Universal (13.5-19.5 in.)
