- Blade: Full-Tang Blade (blade runs the full length of the handle), Santoku shape, Tempered High-Carbon 420HC Stainless Steel hardened to 57-58 HRC, Flat Ground for precision and then hand-sharpened and finished for razor-sharp edge
- Walnut Kitchen Tools are not dishwasher safe. Rather rinse and wash in warm soapy water, dry off thoroughly with a soft cloth and then store. To keep your Walnut handles looking good, we recommend a light application of mineral oil every few months.
