- STAINLESS STEEL BLADES - The blade, made of high-grade stainless steel, is stamped, ground & polished by master cutlers in over 25 different manual production stages. Then, they rivet their handles onto the grip, giving each knife its own character.
- THE LAGUIOLE LEGEND - Inspired by a traditional peasant tool, the Laguiole knife has been used for over 200 years. Now expanded to cutlery, each piece carries the mark of a bee for authenticity, originally part of Napoleon Bonaparte's imperial seal.
