Liners create a barrier between the food and the cooking surface allowing you to discard the mess instead of soaking or scraping. The food may be saved as leftovers and reheated in the same liner and pan. Liners save on labor, reducing operating cost and improving food quality. May be used up to 220F. There are many different sizes. Eliminate burned or dried-on food.
