Description

From France, a tool for dividing the whites and yolks of eggs into separate batches. With a slotted platform joined to a clip this gadget hooks on the edge of a quarter-size steam-table pan.

Function is simple: The Separe-Oeufs leans into a pan on the left. When the whole egg is dropped on the v-shaped platform, the egg white drips through the slots and collects in the right pan, the egg yolk sliding into the left pan.
