You can also dress the mug up even more by placing additional gifts inside, such as crystals, stickers, magnets, candies, and chocolates, or coffee grounds and tea bags. Unfortunately, I cannot enclose notes and gift cards to your purchase, because this product is printed and packed by my production partner in Pennsylvania. The printing and packing will take 3 to 5 days, before items are dispatched to the US postal services, usually USPS. After this point, I cannot control the situation. Sincere apologies to anyone, whos item might arrive later than expected, and this could happen around major holidays. After the mugs are printed and shipped, I cannot give you exchanges or refunds but if a mug arrives damaged or defective, I will send you a replacement. International shipments may incur additional charges and Magymore is not responsible for additional import duties and fees.
